Operations Director - Property Management - Base Salary to 125/year - Hinesville, GA
- Our client, a business with over 100 years of history that deeply values the local community and fosters a culture of care, is seeking an Operations Director to oversee a large property in Hinesville, GA.
- The Operations Director will provide strategic oversight of property operations, guiding teams to achieve business success and exceptional living standards for residents within military housing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial management, including developing the annual budget, achieving monthly financial targets, and managing expenditures.
- Responsible for processing various financial tasks, including payables and receivables, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of transaction data in Yardi.
- Provides support to the Project Development team for service partner data calls, meetings, schedules, and visits.
- Ensure property adherence to all company policies and operational metrics as per business agreements.
- Collaborate with facility management to address outstanding maintenance issues, identify recurring problems, and develop proactive solutions.
- Set business priorities, supervise leasing and prospect management, and oversee maintenance performance to meet company and installation goals.
- Lead, develop, and mentor team members to achieve personal and professional growth within the company.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and retain talented candidates to support property goals.
- Manage team and business priorities through constructive feedback, relationship building, and problem-solving.
- Create and maintain strong collaboration with all stakeholders, including external partners, community members, residents, and internal teams.
- Take initiative to obtain feedback from key stakeholders and act accordingly to drive improvements.
- Accountable for achieving budgeted occupancy levels and setting/implementing effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in property, hospitality, military, or related management roles.
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 125k/year, plus bonus
