About the Job
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, allocating resources, and monitoring budgets.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
- Oversee process improvement efforts to streamline operations.
- Lead project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Engage in strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the organization.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management, highlighting operations performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
- Proven experience in an operations management or similar leadership role
- Solid understanding of business operations, including logistics, HR components, and process improvement methodologies
- Proven experience of handling multiple office locations and expansion efforts and call center management experience (preferred)
- Past experience in hospitality industry (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
