About the Job
Job Purpose:
Provide overall administration and technical management of the installation and service work performed by our technicians on security alarm, fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems.
Duties:
* Maintains the job schedule of the installations, service and testing of the security/fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems.
* Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Oversees the quality control of all customer jobs.
* Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules, assigning employees and providing support.
* Resolves customer problems by providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting and scheduling service if required.
* Keeps management informed of schedule changes and customer issues.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Previous experience with low voltage systems.
* Programming knowledge of security/fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems.
* Able to work with tech support to resolve issues.
* Proven management experience.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
