About the Job
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as Operations Research Analyst for the Civilian Harm Assessments Cell Training and Operational Integration (CHAC TOI) Special Project (SP) designed to develop TTP to assess, investigate, and respond to mitigate civilian harm incidents, affect Commanders’ decision making and to standardized a mechanism to collect, archive, and share civilian harm information for a Common Operating Picture (COP). This effort supports Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response Action Plan (CHMRAP) Training, The Civilian Protection (CP) Center of Excellent (COE), and is drawing on lessons observed from current ongoing conflicts.
* Advise and assist the CHAC TOI contract Project Manager and the Government Test Director in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the CHAC TOI SP performance work statement
* Support the development of the project plan, test planning to include test venue coordination, Risk Reduction Events, Detailed Test Plan, Field Test Events, test analysis and reports
* Responsible to the PM and Test Director for the team’s TTP development efforts to include research, hosting writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs)
* Other responsibilities include supporting the team’s test product (TTP) transitions, and final out briefings of the test project’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
* Serve as the lead Analyst to support the contract team in one of the following areas: test planner, TTP developer or Civilian Harm Assessment subject matter analyst
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years’ experience operations research support TTP development or Test Planning or Civilian Harm Assessments.
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* TS/SCI clearance
DESIRED SKILLS:
* Previous JT&E or T&E Test Planning experience
* Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
* Previous experience in development of field training programs
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
