Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Specialist, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

- Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.

- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing supply chain logistics.

- Maintain communication with the operations manager, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols.

- Playing a vital role in project management, from inception to execution, and to drive successful outcomes.

- Help with the onboarding and orientation process of all new hires

Qualifications:
