Title: Operations Specialist (Wire Transfer/Accounting)
Location: Riverside, RI
Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Shift: Mon to Fri | Standard Business Hours | Hybrid
Pay Range: $20/hr to $22/Hr
About Role:
- Support: extensive training will be provided before contractor is expected to be on their own.
- Once on own, support of manager, team lead and subject matter experts.
- Hybrid Work model. Schedule is Mon-Fri, no weekends.
Daily responsibilities:
- Foreign Wire Compliance, Processing Foreign & Domestic Wires for Corporate Accounts Payable
- Regular points of Contact: Team manager & Team Lead
- No client interaction
- No project work involved. Contractor will be supporting client's activities as outlined in bullet #1
Required:
- MS Excel
- Team Player
- Time Management
Preferred:
- Accounting / Accounts Payable or Finance experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work
Salary
20 - 22 /hour
