The Operations Supervisor will lead daily operations in our fulfillment center and daily operations over select accounts, ensuring efficient workflows, staff oversight, and exceptional customer service.
This position is part of the Operations department in Bellmore, NY and will be located onsite.
You will be part of the Fulfillment team and report directly to the Fulfillment Manager. This role involves overseeing task assignments, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will have to opportunity to:
- Oversee daily operations, set goals, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflows.
- Supervise team performance, attendance, and provide training and support.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct regular checks.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely order processing.
- Analyze and enhance operational processes and performance metrics.
- Maintain effective communication with staff and management, fostering a positive work environment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in software such as pharmetika and PPI,
- Soft skills such as communication, leadership, time management.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Excel and/or WIP Reports
