SUMMARY:
Maintain operation of formulated room and other machinery related to the formulated line.
**Swing Shift 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Other duties may be assigned. All the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures, and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

- Responsible for the efficient and correct preparation and documentation of the batch formulas.
- Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle, etc.
- Follow recipes to produce food products according to quality standards.
- Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.
- Mix or blend ingredients, according to recipes.
- Relieves personnel in rotational format for breaks and lunch.
- Assist in the training of new personnel.
- Check metal detector according to SOP.
- Ensure that all paperwork is being filled out correctly, manifested, SOP's and CCP's.
- Demonstrates a high degree of food safety practice.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow proper handling procedures when working with chemicals.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one-year related experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Ability to get forklift certification through Tree Top Inc.
TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to accurately use a calculator and handheld scan gun.

- Regularly lift and /or move up to 55 pounds.
- Talk or hear.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly works in proximity to moving mechanical parts.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat.
- The employee occasionally works in outside extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, etc.)
- The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
