Summary:
Multi-disciplined operator to run production processes utilizing robotic equipment. In addition, responsible for following procedures to operate equipment while complying with instructions, prescribed routines, methods or procedures and involving the making of minor decisions
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading component trays
- Inline inspections performed under a microscope with tweezers
- Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
- Work from diagrams, prints, specifications, work orders, shop orders, and other written documentation.
- Translate customer specifications and drawings.
- Conduct required inspection to verify process conformity.
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Follow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.
- ·Perform other related duties as assigned.
Schedule - 2nd Shift Mon-Fri, 3:15pm to 11:45pm
Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· A minimum of 5 years of experience of operating automated and manual equipment in a manufacturing environment
· Previous working experience in an ESD setting preferred
· Experience with JESD 625 – JEDEC STANDARD Requirements for Handling
· General knowledge of J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies
· General knowledge of AS9100 as well as ISO 9001:2008
· Due to export control rules, must be a US Person.
