POSITION PURPOSE:
This position will lead with functional authority and collaboration with Oracle Process Specialists to drive our digital transformation efforts related to Engineering and Maintenance for the Manufacturing Oracle implementation team. They will act as change advocates/champions within the Engineering function and work with key maintenance, engineers and organizational user groups. They will ensure workstream issues or required decisions are escalated quickly and as needed to enable on-time program delivery. The Process Lead-Engineering will be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and managing business SMEs within the Engineering and maintenance areas. They will be responsible to highlight and summarize variations in business processes, and lead in rebuilding business processes to be in alignment with system constraints.

Experience
* 10+ years of business experience
* 5+ years of experience in an Engineering role
* Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, cycle time analysis, continuous improvement methods and cost studies
* Knowledge of SAP/APO, Preventive maintenance or other software related to engineering is preferred
* Any prior experience implementing enterprise-wide system or software projects is preferred
Skills
* Ability to think and work strategically and tactically
* Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a broad understanding of engineering functions
* Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent personal computer skills in a network environment
* Leadership and management skills in a client-provider environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Education
* Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent work experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Participate in Business Process workshops
* Provide program with business process knowledge and share input into design activities
* Co-Facilitate and guide participants through design workshops
* Support identification of changes to process maps during workshops
* Align across broader business community on newly designed processes
* Review functionality, validate configuration decisions
* Support data validation activities
* Support Prototype and Testing cycles
* Support conversion activity
* Provide business support for “Train the Trainer” sessions
* Support Go Live readiness discussions
* Deliver through the design, build, test and deploy phases of the project
* Active/accountable for delivering program in own function/sub-function
* Manage to agreed upon milestones that are critical to the program’s completion
* Provides workstream issues or required decisions are escalated quickly and as needed to enable on-time program delivery
* Manage resources and monitor needs for timely escalation of resource constraints
* Manage updates/communications and drive stakeholder management in own area in collaboration with broader program team
* Provide input/feedback into change program activities/materials, when needed (e.g., validation of training materials)
* Act as change advocates/champions within functions and with key end user groups
* Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports but influence over the work of multiple organization levels
The number of Process Specialists will vary depending upon the functional area.
