Oracle Technical Benefits Consultant - Spencer Thomas Group

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Technical Benefits Practice

Responsibilities:
Oracle Interfaces, OTBI Reports

• Troubleshoot interfaces to find out the root cause and fix the issues.
• Develop and manage BI Publisher templates, data models, and data sources to generate reports.
• Ensure the performance optimization of Interfaces and report.
• Build and maintain complex reports that meet the specific requirements.
• Build and maintain OTBI reports for real-time data analytics

Oracle HCM Fast Formulas:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Fast Formulas.
• Optimize fast formulas for performance and accuracy to meet requirements.

Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader):

• Perform data migration tasks using Oracle HDL.

Documentation & Collaboration:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all programs developed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and end users to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver efficient solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to review requirements, conduct code development, and ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.

Required Qualification(s):
Experience in analysis, design and development in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS
Preferred Qualification(s):
Experience in additional Oracle Modules
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of September 16, 2024 with an initial duration through December 31, 2024 with the possibility of extending.
