• $25k signing bonus, up to $25k relocation reimbursement

• $2.5M-$3M annual revenue (without implants) over the last three years
• Full-scope OMS (extractions, implants, orthognathic, etc.) with Carestream software
• One location, single surgeon practice, 4-day workweek
• Complete benefits package includes malpractice, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with match, $5k CE, and four weeks PTO
