What You'll Do:
- Monitor email inboxes for incoming orders, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Enter order details with flawless accuracy into our client’s proprietary systems.
- Upload, organize, and manage all documents related to each order securely and efficiently.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly, catching any errors before they become issues.
- Work closely with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods without losing steam.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
