Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Lead Developer to join our IT team. The role involves leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of applications on the OutSystems platform, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Guide and mentor a team of OutSystems developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for timely project delivery.
• Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using OutSystems.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with business users to understand requirements.
  • Integrate OutSystems applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with OutSystems and low-code development trends.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in software development, 3+ years with OutSystems.
  • Proven experience leading a development team.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in OutSystems, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and database design.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OutSystems certification(s).
• Experience with enterprise system integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
