Outbound Call Specialist - Salem, NH
Onsite, Temp to Hire position
$16.00-18.00 per hour
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize company software to initiate and manage outgoing calls efficiently.
- Handle outgoing calls with professionalism and adhere to scripts as needed
- Manage occasional inbound calls with the same level of expertise.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements according to client-specific guidelines.
- Quickly identify and resolve disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage in problem-solving and decision-making activities as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet departmental and company objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a service-related field preferred.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting information related to clients, policies, procedures, laws, and company communications.
- Basic math and writing skills are required.
- Moderate typing speed (35 wpm) necessary.
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to continuous improvement.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent full-time work schedule.
