Hours: 8-4:30
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the oversight of all outpatient clinical treatment programs for patients receiving outpatient treatment for psychiatric and substance abuse issues. The Director of Outpatient assures that high quality clinical care is provided and that clinical functions are integrated. The Director supervises individual and group counseling and develops and implements a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities/processes for outpatient clients. The Director is also responsible to ensure that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards.
ClearVista, a freestanding Psychiatric Hospital needs a licensed clinical masters level therapist who can build, grow, and develop services to help our community heal. Experience in group work, developing positive community relationships, and understanding step up step down care is essential. Business savvy is a key bonus. The Role Itself
- Conducts individual/group therapy for psychological and substance abuse education.
- Active in treatment planning, family counseling, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Communicates effectively with clients, families, and outside sources, ensuring proactive engagement.
- Demonstrates crisis intervention skills, ensuring patient safety and assisting in care coordination.
- Maintains knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and clinical standards.
- Applies working knowledge of TJC, Medicaid, and state/federal laws in clinical practice.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in social work or counseling with LSW and documented experience in group therapy setting.
- Or Master's degree in social work or counseling or equivalent state licensure mandatory.

- Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
