Outside Plant (OSP) Project Engineer at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this OSP Project Engineer position include:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in OSP engineering, project management, or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of OSP design principles and fiber optic network architectures.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD and GIS.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, contractors, and utility operators.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost assessments.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Address on-site construction issues and provide technical support.
• Develop project scopes and participate in contract negotiations.

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks of vacation, 3 days of personal time off, health, dental, and vision insurance coverage beginning the first of the month after 60 days, and a 401K with 4% match and immediate vesting starting the first of the month after 90 days.
