Overview:
The Outside Sales position is crucial to our organization as it is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new leads and maintaining existing client relationships. The role plays a pivotal part in driving company sales and meeting revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Provide accurate and timely sales reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products or services
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Manage and update CRM systems with sales activity and customer information
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
Willingness to travel extensively as required
