Details:
- Pay: Base salary starting from $60,000 - $70,000/year with performance-based incentives, target compensation projected to be over $120,000
- Location: Onsite in Coon Rapids, MN with 30%-50% travel within the US and Canada
- Type: Direct hire w/full benefits
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Duties:
Strategic Growth & Sales:
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to grow market share in the waterproofing technology sector.
- Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve sales targets.
Market Expansion & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and evaluate the competitive landscape.
- Establish new sales channels and partnerships to enhance market reach.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert solutions and support to meet their needs.
