About the Job
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the LA Metropolitan and San Fernando Valley demographic.
This Sales Representative calls on Residential Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors specifying Arizona Tile products. Sales Reps must maintain thorough product knowledge, be aware of product availability and technical aspects of product and installation. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, with high energy. Compensation includes base pay of $60,000 plus Commission and Auto Allowance. Expense Reimbursement included.
Industry and territory experience required calling on the Anaheim area.
Some College Coursework completed; 4-yr degree preferred

Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written
Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Develop, maintain and grow client relationships
Actively promote the Company’s products and uphold the Company’s margin philosophies
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide proactively solutions to customers’ needs, after actively listening to customer’s needs
Look for new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Excellent communication with customers including; providing accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow up and/or problem resolution and ability to close the sale

Job Requirements:
2-5 years outside sales experience with a proven track record of successIndustry and territory experience required calling on the Anaheim area.
