Daily job duties include:

• To positively and professionally represent the company to help create new customer leads.
• Clearly communicate and make proactive contact with customer to help close sales opportunities and make new opportunities.
• Understand and be able to communicate all of the many services we offer as a company.
• Help make sure customers understand the options presented to them and how to help them finance projects if needed.
• Help maintain and update customer database with current information.
• Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills.
• Geographical knowledge of service area, knowledge of Plumbing industry is recommended but not required.
• Computer skills a must as you will be using MS, Google, and Data Entry software
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two years related experience and/or training in Customer Service/Inside Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
