Your New Role:
Identify leads, prospect, and close new and profitable business within your assigned geographic area.
Sell our comprehensive suite of services, including Commercial and Industrial grease trap cleaning, repair, and food processing liquid waste hauling, while building long-term relationships and promoting sustainability.
Utilize our CRM software daily to schedule and document activities, develop detailed profiles on prospective clients, track the history of new customers, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
Deliver compelling solution-benefit presentations to potential clients, follow up with key decision-makers to close sales, and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate regularly with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery, address client concerns, and continuously improve service offerings based on client feedback.

Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.
Ability to pass a background check.
Passion for sustainability and environmental practices.
