- Effectively communicate the value proposition of POLA Marketing's services to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to management
- Four plus years of professional sales experience in the B2B Market
- A track record of success in sales
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscapes
- Informed about regional business opportunities and challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with our services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction
