Outside Sales Representative - Miami FL - Harmony Plus LLC

Harmony Plus Staffing Solutions (Employment Agency) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our office located in Miami. The external sales representative will sell the services offered by our company to new clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous outside sales experience, preferably with staffing agencies; She/He will need to have strong multitasking skills and excellent monitoring skills. She/He will be a skilled communicator with success in negotiation.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Networking: Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new potential clients.
- Communicate with potential clients to identify and understand their needs.
- Align value propositions with the client's weak points to sell our service (Recruitment, Selection and Payroll).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through open discussion.
- Respond and solve problems that arise throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay in constant contact with current and former customers, alerting them about new products, services and improvements that may be of interest to them.
- Reports: Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, offers and any other issues. Provide periodic territorial sales forecasts as requested.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Five years of experience in sales of external services.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments.
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Job type: full time
Payment: Basic salary from $40k Annually (negotiable depending on experience)
Commissions pay
Monday to Friday
