Overdraft Customer Service Representative (ODP CSR) - City National Bank & Trust

Description: Responsible for day-to-day determination of customer eligibility for Overdraft Protection on their account. This individual will document all necessary information on the account as well as process and send corresponding letters.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and requests
• Process new and pending ODP applications
• Document all necessary information on account
• Process increase, decrease and pending reports and all corresponding mail

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Extremely detail oriented with proven organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently & on a team, while making decisions in accordance with bank policies and regulations
• Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers

Education and Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent plus 1-year customer service experience; 1-year office/administrative experience preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Windows/MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
