Job Title: Overnight Caregiver – Personal Care Worker and Homemaker Companion
Location: Larimer and Weld County
Schedule: Overnight shifts 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Monitor client safety and well-being during overnight hours
• Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals or the client’s family
• Communicate and report any changes in client health or condition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a personal care worker or homemaker companion is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
