YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OVERNIGHT RECEPTIONIST
This full-time or part-time administrative role works 11 pm- 7 am, with weekends required.
As an Overnight Receptionist at Legacy Village of Salt River, your shift begins with ensuring the community is safe, secure, and ready for any late-night activity. You start by greeting any visitors or residents who may be out and about, providing them with a warm smile and helpful information. Throughout the night, you manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals and assisting with various administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, maintaining records, and keeping an eye on office supplies. You also conduct periodic security checks, ensuring the facility remains secure and all is calm during the overnight hours. Your attention to detail is critical as you manage these tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and safety protocols are followed. With a blend of customer service and security responsibilities, each night brings new challenges, but you're equipped with the training and support needed to excel.
