- 12% commission.
- $250 cargo insurance weekly.
- $35 ELD (Prolog) weekly.

Must have:
- TRUE dock high (NO RAMPS).
- Air ride (Air suspension).
- Wooden floor.
- E tracks.
- Functional lift gate.
- 5 ratchet straps + pallet jack.

- 94H X 94W (inches)
MINIMUM INSIDE TRAILER DIMENSIONS:
- 312L X 98W X 98H (inches).
NO SIDE DOORS, we can use roll-up doors or swing doors.

- Fuel card (CPS) get .20-.25 cpg on more than 1300 gas stations across the state - Pilot, Love's, Flying J, and Speedway.
- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $250 (weekly).
- Occupational insurance $45 (weekly, optional).
- Physical damage insurance 7% of the truck's value (monthly, optional).
- Pre-pass $30 (monthly).
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly).
- ELD $35 (weekly) (PROLog).
