Base Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience with bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim resolutions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Policy Administration: Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to ensure clear and timely responses.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for going above and beyond to assist clients.
