Responsibilities:
- This role will play a vital role in working with the P&C leads to keep the wheels of the Partnering function running smoothly.
- Juggling a blend of co-ordination, communication, planning and executing on programmed to embed and support the operating model of the 30+ Partnering community.
- Will focus on providing foundational support for various programs within the product management functions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and central People Operations colleagues to assist in program coordination.
- This role will involve tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
- Will be expected to learn and adapt to the organization's processes and procedures, contributing to the efficient operation of program-related activities.
- Agenda management
- Building out resources
- Communication & governance management
- Coordinating project progress
- Supporting the P&C leads
- This role will be working in the People & Culture business partnering team.
- This role will support 2 P&C partnering teams consisting 20 P& C Partners lead by 2 Heads of Partnering.
