The **UW MEDICAL CENTER OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRY** has an outstanding opportunity for a **FULL-TIME PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST (DAY SHIFTS).** **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
The psychiatrists and psychologists at the Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic at UWMC-Roosevelt assist UW Medicine providers in caring for patients with psychiatric disorders. Clinical psychiatrists generally see patients for a one-time consultation to determine diagnosis and recommend treatment.

+ Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
+ Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
+ Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
+ Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High school graduation or equivalent AND
+ One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
