Position Responsibilities: Serve as the initial contact for all calls/emails/walk ins regarding the PCA Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) implementation. Provide administrative and other related functions to support the PCA team of Skills Trainers.
Essential Functions: (Core duties or tasks that are fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job)
- Initial contact for all calls, emails, and walk-ins into the agency about EVV related issues. Assess consumer's needs. Provide customer service support and triage of communications.
- Distribute and assign PCA EVV cases to Skills Trainers
- Schedule EVV follow up activities (in person, telephonic) for PCA Skills Trainers
- Data entry and documentation for EVV related activities into PCA Partner
- Assist with reporting for EVV implementation including oversight of the non-compliance EVV reports submitted by our contracts Fiscal Intermediary.
- Assist with any EVV related paperwork, billing discrepancies, and consumer follow up as needed
- Telephonic troubleshooting for simple EVV technology issues
- Assist Assistant PCA Program Manager and PCA Program Manager in developing, maintaining, and improving systems for efficiency within the PCA program as well as other tasks as assigned.
- Work within the PCA administrative and case aide team as a team player.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism with consumers and providers.
Qualifications: Associate degree and 1-year relevant work required. High School diploma with significant relevant work experience may be substituted for degree. Experience in human service, customer service or customer service in a medical environment preferred. Strong computer, organization, time management skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must in this team-oriented position. Bilingual ability in Spanish required.
