Summit Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Ocean County, NJ to work with special need’s student in a 1:1 capacity during their day at school and during their transportation to and from school on the school bus.

School PDN nurse Responsibilities

• The nurse will accompany the patient throughout their day at school

• Provide comprehensive medical assessment according to nursing practice standards

• Monitor and administer medication(s) and give treatment(s) if needed

• Respond to and assess emergency health needs of students

• Ensure the safety of the child

• Documentation of daily activity

Requirements

• Current NJ nursing license

• CPR certification

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
