Regular, Full-Time, Limited-Term (not to exceed
not to exceed twenty-three (23) months in duration), RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM), Center for Pacific Innovations, Knowledge, and Opportunities (PIKO), Community Engagement and Outreach (CEO) and Tracking and Evaluation (TE) program located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws.
MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $4,200 - $5,200/Mon.
DUTIES: Assists the Core Director(s) with tracking and evaluation activities, interfacing with other PIKO Core teams and their program assistants, and providing regular communication to all Cores and partners to support quantitative and qualitive data collection. Assists with community partner surveys and interviews. Assists with creating infographics of research findings. Oversees the collection of applicable evaluation metrics specific to each Core. Inputs metrics into the database and submits reports as needed. Coordinates workshops and trainings which includes the annual Capacity Building and Immersion Workshop, and other applicable training and workshop activities for the PIKO CEO and TE Cores.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university.
EXPERIENCE At least three (3) years of experience with program or office management in a large formalized institutional type setting (e.g., hospital, university or community organization). Experience dealing with multiple tasks and frequent deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals including use of software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of computer office equipment.
ABILITIES and SKILLS Effective written and verbal communication skills. Post Offer/Employment Condition: Must be able to complete the UH Information Security Awareness Training (ISAT) within two (2) weeks from date of hire, and re-certify every twelve (12) months.
PHYSICAL/MEDICAL DEMANDS Able to lift fifteen (15) pounds, and may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
