We are searching for a candidate who will positively enrich the Road Maintenance Division. Bring your innovation, strong writing, planning, and analytical skills, with your ability to manage complex topics to our organization.
The Planner Senior will assist with ongoing implementation and the changing needs of several key programs within the Road Maintenance division including asset management evaluation, integrated vegetation management, processes, policies and procedures, training certification procedures, project management, desk manuals, and more. The successful candidate will directly support both maintenance operations and administrative functions of our key programs.

This key position requires expertise in planning, project development and implementation, and working with various levels of stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain solid partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is required.
Work Schedule
This position works five (5) days per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM at our Cathcart Way Operations Center (CWOC) located in Snohomish. This schedule may be adjusted based on the successful candidate and the needs of the Division. This position may have an opportunity for remote work one (1) day per week, after a significant training period and based on job proficiency and performance.
