About the Job
Responsibilities:
-Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing and reporting.
-Monitor and analyze department performance to develop more efficient procedures while maintaining high accuracy.
-Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance departmental workflows.
-Provide training to new and existing staff.
-Analyze and interpret financial data for local management.
-Support month-end financial close requirements.
-Review site P&L analysis, identifying variances against budget, prior year, and forecasts.
-Manage the site???s annual budget process and perform monthly financial indicator analysis, offering interpretive and predictive insights.
-Conduct regular cost center and investment reviews.
-Guide resolution of variance issues.
-Oversee month-end accounting and group reporting processes.
-Prepare and file statutory accounts annually.
-Support monthly analysis and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and best practices.
-Ensure account reconciliations comply with internal control requirements and the control matrix.
-Oversee and evaluate internal controls for the site, ensuring process clarity and compliance with SOX and corporate guidelines.
-Troubleshoot financial accounting and reporting issues.
-Provide financial support for site-related special projects.
-Collaborate with local SCM, purchasing, and SS on PIP process troubleshooting.
-Archive financial accounting documents according to legal requirements.
-Act as the point of contact for tax investigations, obligations, and audits.
-Review and audit cycle count procedures and results.
-Manage the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
-4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting, and Internal Controls
-Strong understanding of US GAAP and local GAAP, Robust Talent mindset
-Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls and Worldwide Financial Procedures
-Ability to handle complexity and matrixial organization
-Risk Management, USGAAP, Local GAAP
-Robust Talent mindset
