Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement a world-class maintenance program focused on preventative and predictive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
·Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging the CMMS to optimize maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
·Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
·Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing workforce.
·Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues within the plant environment.
·Manage facility modifications and expansions, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and project execution.
·Oversee the upkeep of critical facility infrastructure, such as UPS systems, generators, and compressors.
·Collaborate with international plants to troubleshoot equipment failures, install new machinery, and share best practices for maintenance and optimization.
·Perform regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements:
·High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a similar field (preferred).
·Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
·Proven track record of success in implementing and managing a comprehensive maintenance program.
·Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and compressed air systems.
·In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices.
·Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
