Description Amazon is seeking an experienced public relations professional to join our global Amazon Ads communications team. Amazon Ads is innovating to help brands of all sizes reach relevant audiences in our stores and on our streaming services, apps, devices and across the web to help grow their businesses through delightful customer experiences. As a PR Specialist for Amazon Ads, you will provide communications counsel to, and partner with, business and comms stakeholders to craft and implement communications programs that help educate and inspire our audiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and executing owned and earned communications strategies, tactics, and content; ongoing reactive media relations; collaborating with colleagues across a variety of Amazon communications, business, and policy teams; and working with our international teams to help extend and localize programs and content for their regions. The successful candidate is customer-obsessed with high-judgment. They are exemplary written and verbal communicators with a passion for media relations, including managing complex and high-profile media engagements. The candidate should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines and a proven track record of earning trust from internal and external stakeholders. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $147,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
