Occupational Therapist (OT) SUMMARY: Develops reasonable, specific and measurable goals that are commensurate with the patients plan of care. Assess each patient's condition, ensure delivery of quality occupational therapy services and reports significant changes to the clinical nurse manager, physician and other team members. Assures that written progress reports are documented and are shared with physicians as needed
