About the Job
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets
Supervise the entire production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Drive cost-effective, timely production
Manage a team of 15-35 employees across two shifts
Coordinate order pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely execution
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing
Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
