PRODUCTION MANAGER - Spherion

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the production of dried fruit, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and are produced on schedule. This full-time, direct-hire role involves managing a team across two shifts and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets
Supervise the entire production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Drive cost-effective, timely production
Manage a team of 15-35 employees across two shifts
Coordinate order pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely execution

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing
Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
