PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR at Judge Group

Our client is seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for their manufacturing facility in the Lansdowne, MD area.  This is a 2nd shift (5pm-3am/Monday-Thursday) role.

Responsibilities:

*Supervise production areas as assigned. 

*Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment. 

*Train and develop employees and maintain employee morale.

*Oversee procedures to meet and exceed production schedules, production efficiencies and budget objectives. 

*Maintain company policies and procedures. 

*Maintain cost effective use of supplies and equipment. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

*2+ years of supervisory experience in Food or Beverage Manufacturing 

*BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University 

*Working knowledge of food safety regulations such as HACCP, GMP's and OSHA guidelines  

*Ability to work with all levels of management.

*Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

*Solid experience with Word and Excel
