Overview:
The Program Coordinator (Business Operations) will assist the department Administrator with coordination of business operations for Behavioral Psychology, with a particular focus on Payroll and Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries regarding Institute policies and procedures from department staff.
- Liaise with the Payroll and Human Resources departments. Maintain working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures and seek clarification as needed to address departmental issues/concerns.
- Generate and maintain department employee files. Ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist supervisors with monitoring employee attendance through time clock reporting, verification, and approval. Resolve logistical problems that affect department payroll and human resources processes.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to collect and analyze data related to attendance, turnover, recruitment, and training for the department.
- Assess business processes, workflow, record keeping, financial reporting, and other areas of potential deficiency for all Behavioral Psychology programs.
- Monitor and maintain record keeping systems. Analyze data to provide recommendations to program directors.
- Meet regularly with Administrator to review department performance and drive input regarding program enhancement.
- Coordinate planning and implementation activities for program expansion, including off-site programs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal process for department and assist staff as needed.
EDUCATION: |
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in business or human resources.
EXPERIENCE: |
- Minimum three years of administrative experience required.
- Previous payroll experience required.
