Ignite is currently seeking a driven, Program Manager to join our team supporting the US Air Force, at Eglin AFB, FL. This position is expected to be onsite.
Position Overview: Ignite seeks a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and facilitate the onboarding of new missions. This role requires an individual who excels in a cross-functional team environment and is adept at coordinating between diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless mission integration and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the integration of new missions within the Air Force, working closely with operations, intelligence, engineering, logistics, and other key functional areas.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that cover all aspects of mission onboarding, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all the necessary support and infrastructure are in place for the successful execution of new missions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, progress reports, and strategic briefings to senior leadership and external partners.
- Oversee the documentation process to ensure that all mission requirements, procedures, and protocols are accurately captured and maintained.
- Conduct continuous process improvement analyses to refine mission integration strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government, military, and organizational regulations, policies, and standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional development and building team capacity.

Qualifications:
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or equivalent military education preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, particularly within a military or defense context.
- Strong understanding of the Air Force mission, operations, and the spectrum warfare domain.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external entities.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and adeptness in managing change.
