Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a mixed portfolio, including commercial, retail, and multi-family properties.
• Perform monthly close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget, audit schedules, and financial reports.
• Manage fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in multi-family or commercial real estate accounting.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally.
