Position Description
The PSA Compliance Manager reports to the Director of Compliance along with the Program Director to know the ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement) policies and procedures, provides regular monitoring, PSA (Prevention of Sexual Abuse) training, internal audit case files and the residential facility, and review various compliance and risk issues.
Role and Responsibilities
The primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop, implement, and oversee care provider efforts to comply with IFR and ORR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact with ORR’s PSA team.
- Developing written policies that follow the best practices and meet the intent of the standards.
- Assist with the development and annual review of program policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing a training plan that fulfills the training standards.
- Monitoring screening procedures, reporting, and medical and mental health care treatment according to the standards.
- Supervising the facility’s data collection efforts.
- Providing appropriate access and material for auditors.
- In collaboration with Director of Compliance develop plan of correction for all external reviews.
- Monitor the provision of services provided for risk and corporate exposure.
- Review case files, significant incident reports, and other assessments to determine level of risk.
- Assist with safety planning for UCs and overall program structure.
- Create and develop and maintain tracking system on compliance and reportable performance data points.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of program services – completion of case notes on a timely basis, training for staff are completed as required, routine inspections of all residential and school locations.
- Serve as a Mindset Trainer for the Migrant Wellness Program
- Serve as UC ombudsman.
- Ensure complaints and grievances are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days; unless an extension is requested and approved by the Director of Compliance

Salary: $60,000.00
Schedule
The work schedule requires flexibility to meet the needs of the program and availability on an emergency or project basis. Primary hours are Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Due to schedule or other operations necessities, the organization may transfer an employee to another location or shift, either on a temporary or permanent basis as this position is an employee of Chris180, not the program.
Qualifications/Competencies
- A bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral healthcare or childcaring organization or monitoring entity, to include demonstrated leadership.
- Familiarity with operational, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must.
- Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizational environments.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with others in handling complex issues.
- Strong influencing skills and business judgement.
- Strong data management and software skills.
