Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage the AR aging report, ensuring accuracy in billing and timely processing of invoices.
• Cash Handling: Process and reconcile cash deposits, including daily transactions from the gift shop.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly deposits, assist in preparing financial reports, and maintain organized records.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies related to payments or billings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, with cash handling preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with reconciliation processes.
• Attributes: Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Education: High school diploma required; additional finance or accounting experience is a plus.
