About the Job
We are seeking a PT Medical Billing Sales/Marketing Associate for local Medical Billing company located in Cd'A, ID. Duties will include but are not limited to:* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Clients will be monitored on company CRM software.* Client Outreach: Initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.* Presenting Services: Clearly explaining and demonstrating the company"s medical billing services to potential clients, often through presentations and product demos.* Understanding Client Needs: Engaging with potential clients to understand their specific needs and pain points related to medical billing.* Developing Proposals: Creating tailored proposals and quotes based on the specific needs of potential clients.* Negotiating Contracts: Handling negotiations to close deals, including discussing terms, pricing, and contract details.* Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and encourage long-term partnerships.* Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.* Market Research: Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to better position the company"s services.* Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.* Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets as set by the company.* Attending Industry Events: Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.* Providing Feedback: Offering insights and feedback to the company based on interactions with clients to help improve services and strategies.* Training and Development: Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and enhance sales skillsEssential Skills: Sales Background, preferably in healthcare services or related fields Familiarity with medical billing and healthcare industry knowledge is a plusAbility to communicate with articulation and clarityContract negotiation experienceProject management experience preferredPosition is PT, Mon-Friday and salary is DOE!
