+ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. One Saturday per month

Responsibilities
Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.
+ Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
+ Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
+ Document treatment interventions given.
+ May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required.
+ Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepteduntil license is issued required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
