Job Title: Field Service Specialist - Parking and Transportation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing parking operations and transportation services at the ASU California Center.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor parking facilities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate shuttle services and other transportation initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or transportation management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
