Our company supports the growth and future of the Aerospace industry seeking to add to our 2nd shift Packager I position to our team to contribute to our advancement.
Shift Schedules
- 1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm;
- 2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00pm
- Ability to work overtime is required, occasionally Saturday's.

Position Overview:
The Packager I ensure all shipping orders are accurately and efficiently processed to customer requirements. Work is performed under general supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking of inventory to accurately fulfill orders.
- Verify shipping instructions and shipper packet information.
- Effectively package finished products manually, or using various packaging equipment, in order of importance based on provided dashboards.
- Stocking of supply orders
- Always adheres to company safety standards.
- Always maintains security and confidentiality of all files.
Competencies:
- Basic windows/internet browser
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Full knowledge of shipping and packaging concepts, practices, and procedures, including understanding router's, certifications of compliance, set-up sheets, purchase orders, and shippers.
- High level of attention to detail required.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's

- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
